Caravan Court

Arlington, Texas

Caravan Court Hotel draws its unique charm from the golden era of the automotive industry, the optimistic adventures associated with highway travel, and the quintessential American motel culture of the early 1960s. These three foundational experiences form the heart of our inspiration for this project.

Motels, originally known as motor hotels, gained popularity in the 1920s with the advent of the United States Numbered Highway System. These establishments revolutionized travel, offering a mix of quick stopovers and vacation lodgings. They emphasized outdoor spaces over indoor amenities, featuring open-air courtyards, exterior corridors for easy parking, and central attractions like swimming pools, fire pits, and lawn games to encourage social interaction among guests.

Situated along Arlington’s Auto Aisle, Caravan Court Hotel provides a tranquil escape from the city's hustle and bustle. Whether you're here to catch a game, enjoy a live music festival, or explore Arlington’s classic car show, our hotel offers convenience, comfort, and the promise of unforgettable memories in the heart of Arlington’s vibrant entertainment scene.

At Caravan Court, guests are immersed in spaces that evoke the elegance of Mid-Century design, drawing inspiration from 1960s art, architecture, and automotive aesthetics. Our design captures the picturesque landscapes of the Great Southwest's open roads, combined with the warmth of classic American motel hospitality. Just as vintage films can be beautifully restored, Caravan Court reimagines the nostalgia of the past through a contemporary lens, perfectly suited for today’s discerning travelers.
