BOKA Powell collaborated with Hillwood Properties to masterplan this 2500-acre mixed-use development located in Westlake, Texas. More than 800 acres of corporate campuses and pristine office parks are strategically nestled among 1700 acres of public and private open space including upscale living, shopping and entertainment. BOKA Powell was selected to design both the shell and interiors of the 130,000 square foot corporate campus and call center for DaimlerChrysler Financial Services, the first campus to be developed at Circle T.
