Developer Billingsley Company engaged BOKA Powell to deliver a new North Texas operations center for real estate information firm CoreLogic, Inc. The 327,183 square-foot, 4-story office project is located at the northwest corner of Hackberry Road and Ranch Trail, just north of LBJ Freeway in Irving, Texas. The building’s flexible design allows for expansion to more than 400,000 square feet of space. Recruiting, retention and the right type of building were huge drivers in CoreLogic’s decision on design direction. CoreLogic plans to relocate 1,300 jobs to Cypress Waters from existing North Texas locations in Westlake and Richardson, plus move in additional workers from out of state.
