Fort Worth Public Market

Fort Worth, Texas

The Public Market Building, an historic Fort Worth landmark since 1930, is set to become a vibrant urban development once again. The existing Public Market Building is a historic, 2-story, approximately 18,000 square foot structure, formerly the home to the farmers market in Fort Worth. The Public Market will be renovated into an amenity space for a newly planned senior living development adjacent to the building. The main building will be approximately 215,826 square feet with 180 new senior living units will be 5-levels of wood frame over a 1-level cast-in-place concrete podium.
