Freeman's innovative office design seamlessly integrates in-office and remote work, enhancing the overall experience for all employees. The design team focused on creating a flexible environment that supports various types of collaboration through advanced technology, strategic space layout, and thoughtfully selected furniture.

The Hub:

A monumental stairway connects the two levels, fostering connectivity between departments situated on separate floors. This central feature is surrounded by diverse seating options, including window ledge seating, banquettes, booths, and lounge areas, creating a relaxed zone for collaboration and different work modes. The variety of seating options provides flexibility and encourages employees to utilize the hub for various activities.

Level 2 Experience Center:

The Level 2 Experience Center features a combination of concrete flooring and OSB-clad vertical surfaces, enhanced by a hospitality station, integrated technology, and soft seating. This unique conferencing space creates a behind-the-scenes look at Freeman's operations, providing a distinctive and engaging experience for users.

Overall, the design promotes flexibility and supports various collaboration styles, catering to the needs of both in-office and remote staff.
