Granite Park VII

Granite Park VII is home to the regional offices of a national mortgage lending financier. Located within developer Granite Properties’ Granite Park along the Dallas North Tollway and Sam Rayburn Turnpike, the office tower is a true build-to-suit, with tenant interiors designed by the Washington, D.C. studio of Michael Graves Associates. The lobby and entry sequence were designed by BOKA Powell. A two-story gathering space on the upper floors of the tower provides views of Granite Park and surrounding development. A secure parking structure is located to the east of the tower.
