BOKA Powell recently completed Granite Park 6, the latest building located within the beautifully landscaped Granite Park. This 19-story building features a two-story hospitality-inspired lobby complete with a market cafe, providing a welcoming and convenient space for visitors and tenants alike.
The building's amenities include a lecture hall with seating for over 100 people, making it ideal for conferences and large meetings. Additionally, the sixth floor features an amenity deck with an outdoor kitchen, seating areas, and a fireplace, providing a perfect setting for social gatherings and relaxation.
