One Bethany West is the second phase of One Bethany at Watters Creek, a ground-up commercial office development made possible through a public-private partnership between Kaizen Development Partners and the Allen Economic Development Corporation. The eight-story, 200,000-square-foot project is located within walking distance of the Watters Creek Convention Center and the Watters Creek retail and restaurant center. The project includes a tenant lounge, conference center, and fitness center.
