Saint Ann Court is a 25-story Class A office building, including an 11-floor parking garage, 10 floors of office space, and four floors of penthouse office, totaling more than 300,000 square feet of rentable space. At 350 feet tall, it is among the tallest office towers in the trendy Uptown neighborhood of Dallas.

The museum housing the Barbier-Muller Asian art collection is located on the ground and second floors of the tower. Two roof-terrace gardens provide exceptional views of the skyline at levels 14 and 24. A secret garden and water features are nestled between the preserved historic Saint Ann School building and the new office tower.
