Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary Student Housing

Fort Worth, Texas

Two phases of new apartments at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary provide housing to serve married and master’s program students in the campus’s Howard Williams Student Village, just across Seminary Drive at the north end of the Fort Worth campus. One-hundred twelve units in two- and three-bedroom configurations were delivered in the first phase. Upon completion of the first phase, students moved from existing housing into the new products while vacated apartments were demolished and 140 new units were built.

In all, the development includes 216 two-bedroom units and 36 three-bedroom units. The full-service apartments each include a kitchen, washer and dryer, and individual entrances to create true apartment-style housing for the next generation of the expanding student population.
