Tarleton State University Heritage Hall

Tarleton State University engaged BOKA Powell and developer Balfour Beatty Campus Solutions to continue the expansion of student housing capacity on the campus via public-private partnership. Completed in July 2014 with design-builder Balfour Beatty Construction, Heritage Hall is the newest residence hall on the campus, encompassing 514 beds for first-year students in a true living-learning environment that contributes to student engagement and success.
