Tarleton State University Traditions Halls North and South

Stephenville, Texas

Immediately adjacent to the Tarleton Texan football stadium, Traditions North and South are two new residence halls that house 616 upperclass and first-year students at Tarleton State University. Developed in a public-private partnership with Balfour Beatty Campus Solutions and delivered design-build with Balfour Beatty Construction, the two halls are separated by Rudder Way, a pedestrian mall that serves as a gateway from the main campus to the stadium. A student health clinic is integrated into the ground floor of the North building.
