Galleria North Tower One and Two

Dallas, Texas

Tenet Healthcare Corporation engaged BOKA Powell to design their 425,000 square-foot headquarters as part of a mixed-use complex developed by Hines. This corporate facility is part of a larger development that includes Galleria North Tower II, a 325,000 square-foot multi-tenant building, a 125,000 square-foot upscale retail space, and a 2,400-stall parking structure.

The high-rise towers boast a distinct curvilinear design, with exteriors featuring granite, aggregate pre-cast, and glass. Inside, the two-story lobby is adorned with granite, European limestone, fine anigre wood finishes, and unique decorative back-lit art glass flanking the elevator lobbies. The seven-level garage connects to the buildings via a climate-controlled skybridge, providing access to both towers and an extensively landscaped drive-in motor court. Additionally, a café opens onto a rooftop garden terrace.
