Texas A&M University Kingsville - Mesquite Village West

Kingsville, Texas

Mesquite Village West accommodates 300 students and features unique common areas that draw students together for collaboration and recreation. Three- and four-story buildings embody the campus’s traditional mission style and are open to landscaped courtyards. Two- and four-bedroom suites with one or two bathrooms feature a living room and kitchenette.

The living-learning community features a quiet study lounge, a large social lounge, meeting rooms, a full kitchen for student use, laundry facilities, and resident advisor (RA) apartments. An adjacent dining and conference center building, also designed by BOKA Powell, serves both phases of the new residential village. A third phase of housing also has been designed.
