Texas A&M University - White Creek Apartments

BOKA Powell joined a student housing developer in a public-private partnership with the Texas A&M University System to master plan an ambitious 4,000-bed student housing complex, including apartments, traditional residence halls, structured parking, and a commons building, on roughly 36 acres at its flagship campus in College Station, Texas.

BOKA Powell then completed the 1,272-bed White Creek Apartments project, which opened in fall 2015. The project includes 414 two and four bedroom units and a pavilion located in the center of the complex.
