The University of Texas at San Antonio - Laurel Village

San Antonio, Texas

BOKA Powell collaborated with the University of Texas at San Antonio to develop a building program and provide architectural design and interior design services for the 678-bed Laurel Village residence hall complex, a second phase of the adjacent Chaparral Village complex.

Apartment-style units in Laurel Village feature a furnished living room and kitchenette, private bedrooms, and shared bathrooms. Commons buildings for each of the four neighborhoods feature living and lounge areas, meeting rooms, computer rooms, a game room, office suites, full-size kitchens, and laundry facilities.

Students living in Laurel Village have access to food service at the Roadrunner Café across the street at Chaparral Village. Laurel Village represents UTSA’s commitment to providing upscale amenities with the convenience of on-campus student housing.
