University of North Texas - Sorority Housing

BOKA Powell was engaged to create seven new sorority houses at the University of North Texas. The project organizes new chapter houses for Alpha Delta Pi, Alpha Phi, Kappa Kappa Gamma, Pi Beta Phi, Kappa Delta, Delta Gamma and Zeta Tau Alpha into a cohesive community, creating a new center for university sorority life. Each unique chapter house provides double-suite housing for 25 residents, a suite for a resident advisor, a chapter room, and study and dining facilities.
