BOKA Powell provided master planning, programming, architectural, interior and design services for this new dining hall on the campus of UTSA. This market style cafeteria provides dining services for 500 people, offering a variety of seating areas spanning large-scale open areas to intimate small-scale settings, and outdoor patios.

The interior includes stained concrete floors, exposed steel trusses, stone walls, and vaulted ceilings. The dining hall's central location provides a gateway image to visitors and students. Meal service ranges from the normal meal plan to private dining, making Roadrunner Cafe a versatile destination that meets collegiates' varied needs.
